He married SARAH JANE WILLIAMS, daughter of JOHN W. WILLIAMS and CYNTHA A. HILL, about 1906. She was born in April of 1889 in Kentucky, and died April 19, 1970 in Morgan County, Kentucky.

Notes: Sarah's brother Leander, married Andrew's sister, Celia. Sarah was also the sister of Celina Williams.

Sarah has also been reported to be the daughter of Loren and Mary Williams. Loren and Mary Williams are found on page 23 of the 1900 census for District 103 (Jackson) in Breathitt County, Kentucky, and their daughter Sarah was born in August of 1898.

When Andrew Franklin Blevins' World War I draft registration card was filled out on September 11, 1918 in West Liberty, Morgan County, Kentucky, he stated that he was a farmer, that his closest relative was Sarah J. Blevins of West Liberty, and that he was born December 31, 1880. He was found to be short and stout, and he had blue eyes and brown hair.
