He was a member of the United Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Jewell Fairchild Cantrell; one daughter, Mary Sears of Louisville. Funeral services were held today, Friday, November 14 in Low Gap United Baptist Church with Elders Lonza Reed and Wayne Blair officiating.
