Notes: When William N. Boggs' World War I draft registration card was filled out on September 12 [1918], he stated that he was a self-employed blacksmith in Bottsfork, Boyd County, Kentucky, that his closest relative was Carnolla Boggs of Rush, Boyd County, and that he was born October 18, 1880. He was found to be short and stout, and he had blue eyes and dark-colored hair.

A photo of their headstone shows that Nola Boggs lived from May 6, 1881 to October 28, 1966, and William N. Boggs from October 18, 1879 to March 29, 1933.

In that book it says that Franklin W. Williams married a lady by the name of Lena, and that they had children by the names of John C., Charlie, and Ema. The census reports show that this was Frank's brother, William.

CHARLES M. WILLIAMS, son of WILLIAM ALBERT WILLIAMS and NANCY M. "LINNIE" WITTEN, was born February 24, 1896 in Kenwood, Johnson County, Kentucky, and died April 17, 1975 in Campbell County, Kentucky. He married MARY A. COCHRAN, daughter of JEFFERSON DAVIS COCHRAN and LOUISE A. OSBORN, about 1925. She was born in 1908 in Kentucky, and died September 29, 1991 in Dayton, Campbell County, Kentucky.

Notes: Mary A. Cochran was the sister of Thurman Cochran, who married Cleffie Gullett, daughter of James B. Gullett and Mary Blanton, of Loman Cochran, of Martha Cochran, of Vertrice Cochran, and of Charles E. Cochran, who married Hazel Cantrell, daughter of Thomas Cantrell.

When Charles M. Williams' World War I draft registration card was filled out on June 5, 1917 in Johnson County, Kentucky, he stated that he was a single, self-employed farmer in Kenwood, Kentucky, and that he was born February 24, 1896. He was found to be of medium height and build, and he had black eyes and black hair.

According to his obituary, Charles M. Williams (age 79), was a school teacher in Johnson County, Kentucky, before taking a job with the United States Postal Service in Cincinnati. He died April 18, 1975 and was a resident of Dayton, Kentucky, at the time of his death. He was survived by his wife, Mary Cochran Williams; 2 sons, William Williams (of Fort Thomas) and Robert Williams (Dayton, Kentucky); 1 daughter, Mrs. Edith Tharp (Fort Thomas); 1 sister, Mrs. Emma Frazier (Elna, Kentucky); and 8 grandchildren.
