According to Karen Fieldsa Seidler, this is "a photo of Aunt Ruth, Oscar, Aunt Doris, Ruth Fieldsa and my [our] great-grandmother Karoline Hemmerman [Himmermann]. Aunt Ruth is hanging on her father's neck, and she says someone is peeking out from underneath Ruth's skirt and also behind the rose bush. This photo was taken about 1921. The two children hiding are supposed to be Berger [my grandfather] and Herbie [his twin brother]."
